As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws (§ 7(1) DDG). However, under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is possible only from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content concerned without undue delay.

We create the content of this website and the rep.ai app with great care. However, we cannot guarantee that the information is correct, complete and up to date. Fitness, nutrition and body scan information in rep.ai is general in nature and does not replace individual medical advice (see Section 9).

Our website contains links to external third-party websites (e.g. the Apple App Store and Google Play), whose content we have no influence over. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. We checked the linked pages for possible legal violations when we created the links, and no illegal content was recognisable at that time. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. If we become aware of legal violations, we will remove such links without undue delay.

The content and works created by us on this website and in the rep.ai app, in particular texts, the rep.ai coach mascot and its 3D illustrations, graphics, app screens and the logo, are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of use outside the limits of copyright law require our prior written consent. Downloads and copies of this site are permitted only for private, non-commercial use.

Where content on this site was not created by us, third-party copyrights are respected and marked as such. The typeface “Outfit” is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. If you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please let us know. As soon as we become aware of infringements, we will remove such content without undue delay.
